Dates announced for PISEC ‘09!
Following the successful PISEC last November in London, UK, we are delighted to announce that the next PISEC, the global summit for the brand, product and image protection industries, will take place on June 22nd-24th 2009 in the fabulous setting of Athens, Greece.
The three day event will feature first class presentations from leaders and influencers in the global industry as well as a select group of the leading providers of technology solutions in the market.
In addition PISEC ‘09 will include a full complementary agenda of business and social networking events ideally suited to the excellent location of this primary event, now in its 10th year!

Feed back from the last PISEC in London
PISEC ’07, the leading global event for all brand protection, authentication, and anti-counterfeit professionals, was attended by over 150 security professionals from a variety of different fields. These ranged from representatives from leading brands such as eBay, Beiersdorf, BP and Intel, to suppliers such as FractureCode, Ingenia Technology and Securikett, to governments and institutions including the EU, Home Office and Northern Ireland Office.
Highlights:-
- Delegate feedback from PISEC ’07 has shown that 100% of delegates found the event to be very useful or useful in relation to their work (Source – PISEC 07 delegate exit survey)
- With over double the number of exhibitors and brand owners attending than at PISEC ’06, both the excellent quality and increasing quantity of PISEC attendees are serving to make this the must-attend event security event of the year.
- Due to the success of the event a number many companies have already secured their participation at the next event, including: Ingenia Technology, FractureCode, Payne Security, Securikett, Appleton and TUV Rheinland. - The PISEC Awards Dinner also proved to be a huge hit with the attendees. Thank you to all of the companies who submitted an application for the PISEC Awards. The dinner, held at the award winning Café Kristof in west London were well attended and as expectations between applicants rose, the winners were finally announced as follows:

The Awards however, was only one highlight of the event. The Brand Owners Forum, which is an opportunity for brands to showcase some counterfeit products and their genuine counterparts, allowed the brands to discuss what they really need by way of a solution, - this was also rated highly. This year the forum consisted of: Autodata, Warner Bros, Arsenal FC, Rangers FC and Ben Sherman
